Shipping and Return Policy: Most items will be shipped out within 1-3 business days. Returns can be made for full refund of purchase price plus postage (with the buyer payer postage to return the item) if not 100% satisfied. Questions are welcomed by contacting the owner. Custom requests are taken. Items are one of a kind and designs are not exactly repeated except by customer request. Lengths of necklaces and bracelets may be changed by customer request depending on the availability of the beads, but require re-stringing and a minimal fee may be charged, especially when adding beads to lengthen. Request by e-mail to negotiate terms. Insurance may be added by customer request within appropriate fees applied. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Thank you.
